Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders. Please read this carefully before purchasing, especially if you are ordering from outside our primary shipping zones.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery depends on your location, the shipping carrier, and customs processing times.

During peak periods such as sale events, public holidays, or periods of international disruption, processing and delivery may take longer than the estimates above.

Important: Delivery time estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this to track your shipment on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

In some cases, tracking updates may stop once a package enters the destination country's local postal network. This is normal for certain international routes and does not mean your package is lost. If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. All applicable fees are displayed before you confirm payment. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check the website for current offers.

5. International Shipping & Customs

Pawsidor ships internationally to select destinations. Available countries and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are entirely outside our control and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

In some cases, packages may be held, inspected, or delayed by customs. Pawsidor is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Note: Packages detained or returned due to the customer's failure to comply with their country's customs clearance requirements are not eligible for a refund or resend.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

Please raise delivery issues within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Cases raised after order closure cannot be reopened.

7. Tracking Alerts & Failed Delivery

If your tracking shows an alert status such as incorrect address, unknown recipient, refused, unclaimed, or no safe delivery location, the carrier was unable to complete delivery. In these cases:

Pawsidor is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

8. Wrong Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@pawsidor.com. We will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processing.

9. Lost Packages

If tracking confirms your order is in transit but has not been updated or delivered within a reasonable period beyond the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Please note that carrier investigations can take 1 to 2 months and a positive outcome cannot always be guaranteed.

Pawsidor is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses, failure to collect from a post office, or circumstances arising from force majeure events.

10. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels, we will contact you. Re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, a partial refund excluding original shipping costs may be offered at our discretion.

11. Force Majeure

Pawsidor is not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, international transit disruptions, carrier strikes, or public health events. We will communicate known disruptions where possible.
