• Products are shipped from overseas warehouses and delivery times reflect international transit
• In the event of a dispute, we will work with our fulfilment partner to resolve it — this process may take time and outcomes are subject to the evidence provided
• Certain dispute types — including those caused by incorrect addresses, refused delivery, failure to clear customs, or buyer preference — are not eligible for refund or replacement under our policy or that of our fulfilment partner

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you accept the terms of that policy, including the requirement to raise disputes within 14 days of delivery and to provide photographic or video evidence for damage claims.

8. Unacceptable Dispute Grounds

The following are not valid grounds for a refund, return, or replacement:

• The buyer does not like the product after receiving it (change of mind)
• Minor cosmetic differences such as slight colour variation, surface marks, or packaging dents that do not affect product function
• The customer ordered the wrong item or SKU
• An incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer
• Failure to collect the package from a post office or collection point within the carrier's holding period
• Delays or losses caused by the customer's failure to comply with their country's customs clearance requirements
• Tracking information removed or deleted by the carrier or local post office

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawsidor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product(s) in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Product Use and Safety

All products are intended for domestic pet use. You are responsible for using products safely and in accordance with any included instructions. For health-related products such as probiotic supplements, consult a veterinarian before use if your pet has an existing medical condition. Pawsidor does not provide veterinary advice.

11. Force Majeure

Pawsidor is not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemic or pandemic events, international shipping disruptions, customs delays, strikes, or war. We will communicate known disruptions as soon as reasonably possible.
